TDR schedule ----------------- Since the input from the combined performance and physics groups was almost unanimously for a delay of the TDR, it was decided very easily to commit ourselves to the following schedule : 1) First draft of TDR by 31/10/98 --------------------------------- Its status would be summarised in the November ATLAS week. The minimum content required for all sections is a detailed outline and a list of figures with preliminary captions. All editors are encouraged to put in text as soon as they can if it is possible. This will help the global editors with their work and will avoid too much pain at the end. 2) Final draft by 5/05/99 -------------------------- This draft signals in principle the end of the work for the various chapter/section editors. Everything should be complete, but some numbers and figures may still change at the last minute. Proof-reading of individual chapters should already have taken place to as large an extent as possible. These changes will only be implemented by the global editors after 5/05/99, i.e. control will be removed from all chapter editors. 3) Submit TDR by 25/05/99 ------------------------- This leaves about three weeks for final editing and proof-reading.
