Man power involved in the Barrel Instrumentation

 
During ~ 3 years a team of  8 people (physicists, engineers, technicians) will  instrument and calibrate  65 barrel modules and calibrate 130 extended barrels:

• 1 physicist  supervise, follow quality control (QC) and production (labeled as QC in the schedule plots)
• 1 production engineer to supervise, monitor the production and do QC (labeled as QC)
• 1 expert in the calibration system (labeled as c)
• 3 technicians for the instrumentation (labeled as a)
• 2 technician for general activities (instrumentation, calibration, transport,...), (labeled as g)
• 0.3 Logistic person (labeled as l)
• CERN transport team is CERN responsibility (labeled as t)

 
It is assumed that:
•  2g:  2 general technicians are from CERN (full time)
•  1a: 1 technician for  instrumentation is from CERN (full time)
•  1l: technician for  logistics is from CERN (30% time)
•  2a:Each of the other 6 participating Institutes will contribute with 4 man months per year during the three years of the instrumentation.
