How to get the permission to work at Point 1 ?

ATLAS Experimental areas access rights and associated
safety courses
To start
working in the ATLAS experimental areas at Point 1, you
shall first ask the necessary access rights (validation
through EDH) well in advance:

when you request your access rights, indicate the starting
and end date, which correspond to the activity you
have to perform.
If you request access to ATL_UX, ATL_US, ATL_TOR in parallel with EDH request send copy of request to your Project Leader.
Project Leader should notify the ATLAS Secretariat (Petya Todorova Lilova,Petya Todorova Lilova@cern.ch).

If
you need specialized safety courses:
If
you need to perform your activity in ATLAS experimental
areas, specialized safety courses, you will register
via EDH to CERN
specialized Safety Trainings.
We
recommend that you contact the ATLAS GLIMOS who
will advice on the courses required and who can organize
specific training session for some specific courses
(working at height, magnet course, CERN radioprotection
course…).
